With the release of version 1.7 WebPass Pro supports the following...

Export "password generation profiles" to other users. No groups of people can share the same password generator.
Protect exported profiles by allowing users to target a logon username and domain.
Hide or display advanced features of the password generation form.
A "Cycle" feature that allows user to generate different passwords with the same "Info", "Type" settings. Perfect for passwords that expire.
A memorization feature that stores the password generation form data and resets it when the software detects a known configuration. No passwords are saved and all data is encrypted. This allows users to seemlessly use the password "Cycle" feature.
Force passwords to have at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number included in the generation process.

The passwords generated by this software are unique to each user so long as they configure the software honestly and correctly. WebPass Pro is the most secure password management software, saving no passwords on your system. Instead the program can regenerate your passwords as needed. All data stored on your computer is encrypted. The password generation seed is hardware profiled to your computer, so it won't work if copied to another computer. It is also profiled to your windows username, so it won't work if another user tries to open it.

Version 1.1.22 adds a user profile to the DAT file so a logged in user can only open their DAT file for generating passwords. Also supported in this version are multiple users environments. Datastore loading and saving has been streamlined with progress bars and a threaded approach to make the software more responsive.

Version 1.7 supports faster encryption/decryption of the dat file. Dat file sizes are also smaller. The install shield will automatically detect older dat files and convert them to the new format. Older versions of WebPass Pro will not support the new dat file format.

Support for password expiration has been added in the advanced view of the password generation form. This allows users to use the same "Info" and "Type" values to generate of to 20 diferent passwords. Version 1.7 will memorize the form settings for passwords with a "Cycle" value greater than zero.

This enables you to always generate the same password without having to remember your "Cycle" number. Another new feature is the "Force Aa#" check box. Checking this forces the password generator to include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number is the password generation process.
